Reflecting on the last three months

A busy end to 2025

Q4 has been another busy period with four new customers in the last three months. We are continuing to grow across all areas of the business but what has been really exciting this month is listening to our department leads plan for 2026. There’s some interesting ideas and improvements which will be implemented from January 2026. 

Customer feedback

A massive thank you to our amazing team who continue to excel. We recently refreshed our customer satisfaction questionnaire. My favourite piece of feedback in the month was:

"Out of all my professional service suppliers across our £500m turnover business, Proctor Street is the only supplier we have that has successfully worked across all 4 of our £100m+ business units. This is testament to the consistent, exceptional levels of performance we have experienced for over three years"

The Christmas Party

We have taken a different approach to the Christmas party this year. We are having an end of January games party! This should give us some time to practice and hopefully prevent Gareth claiming the trophy. The last Friday before Christmas saw us take some time out to say thanks to our team - with hampers supplied by DEWL Hampers and a Christmas meal at The Cherry Tree at Blackrod (see image above).

New talent and team growth

We’ve continued to invest in our people. This quarter saw several new hires - including Carolyn Dickson - who has brought fresh energy, insight and experience to the work winning team. It’s been great to see new team members hit the ground running and add value to our customers from day one.

 Office improvements and taking on more space

We're on the move over the Christmas break. It is only 50 yards from our current office space but will provide us with lots more room and open plan office space. Over the last few months we’ve also been improving the offices with the addition of external CCTV and solar panels which will help reduce our carbon footprint.  

Family

On a personal note - I’m looking forward to having some downtime at Christmas with the family. The boys have started and settled at secondary school, they are growing up so quickly which makes me really proud of them but it's scary how quickly they are turning into teenagers. They are both beating me at darts so installing an office dart board is a key part of the office move!

Looking ahead

As we head into Q4, I want to thank our clients; partners; and of course: the team for the continued energy, and excellent performance. We're finishing 2025 in a strong position and ready to support you in 2026.
