2025 Q1 UPDATE: March has been another busy month at Procter Street
Fresh from our rebrand and new website launch we’ve appointed 2 new staff members in Office Manager Jess and Assistant Planner Tom. Both are already making a huge difference.

Our office space has increased at the Quad which has involved the team helping to clear out the new space. We’ve also learned that Paul Holmes enjoys painting! It was a nice surprise that he’d voluntarily painted the walls one afternoon while taking a breather from Bid Management. Our office signage was installed earlier this month (probably the most stressful decision made - but it’s all looking fab!).
Our Work Winning division has onboarded two new customers in March and submitted eleven separate tenders on behalf of our customers. We’ve continued our 70% win rate and high customer satisfaction.
My favourite piece of feedback in the month was:
"I’ve worked at global, multi-billion pound businesses and they don't combine bidding and commercial to the high levels of detail you provide"
Our Commercial and Contract Services division is continuing its impressive start, still only 3 months in. We are now providing a Commercial Director to Additive Catchments and supporting their impressive growth in the water sector.
Our Resourcing division is continuing to grow and now offers a bespoke head-hunting solution for infrastructure. Our Resourcing Director Lewis capped off a busy month with his wedding on the 28th March – congratulations from us all.
Personally I managed to squeeze in a holiday during the early part of the month and passed my RYA Day Skipper Course. I’m most definitely still a novice however (as the photo shows!) so we’ll not be adding that to our scope of services!
Thanks to all our team and customers.
