Q2: Viewpoint (Director's Update)

Six months of consultancy life on the inside…

As we approach the end of Q2 2025, it’s incredible to reflect on the whirlwind of progress over the past six months since I joined the business. This journey has been personally one of growth, learning, and ambitious strides forward. 

Our headcount has more than doubled during this period, a testament to the strength of our business and ability to scale in alignment with client needs. But beyond the numbers, what often goes unnoticed is the remarkable depth and diversity of our client base, relationships we continue to nurture, with a high rate of repeat business. This success is driven by the expertise, dedication, and unwavering commitment of our people, always delivering as partners, not just providers.

Welcoming new clients is always an exciting milestone, and in the last six months, we’ve onboarded six new businesses, many through direct recommendations, which remains our most powerful growth driver. 

Work winning demand has reached an all-time high, and with the usual summer rush approaching, our team is focused and ready. If you anticipate needing work-winning support in the coming months, now is the time to book us in.

Meanwhile, our planning and project management division continues to be a quiet powerhouse within the business, seamlessly and studiously supporting a wide range of clients across the UK in many industry sectors.

Commercial and business advisory has certainly exceeded my expectations. Building upon our existing strong client relationships, this expansion has been a rewarding learning experience, and the feedback from our clients has been consistently outstanding. Thank you to all who have trusted us to support you with your businesses.

Of course it hasn’t all been work, work, work, we’re only human! I took some time out in April to go to a Champions League match in Barcelona with my sons – and, while we were there, we couldn’t miss the construction of the Camp Nou as part of our trip – it is, and will be, magnificent!

There are lots of exciting opportunities ahead as we continue to drive the business forward with the same kind of energy and momentum that has fuelled our success so far. We’re doing it alongside you, so we hope you’re enjoying the journey too.
