Reflecting on the last three months
by Gareth Street, Director
As we wrap up Q3 2025, the pace of progress hasn’t slowed - if anything, it’s accelerated. This quarter has been all about delivery, consolidation and gearing up for a strong finish to the year. Across the business, we continue to grow, not just in numbers, but in capability, ambition and impact which is all good news for our clients.
New clients and referrals
Since July, we’ve welcomed several new clients - many introduced through existing relationships. That kind of referral is one of the clearest signals that our work is resonating and making a real difference. We never take that trust for granted.
Key appointment: SEGRO
I’m proud to announce that Procter Street has been appointed by SEGRO to provide full professional service management on a major new development.
This includes:
NEC project management
Commercial cost control
NEC supervision
Programme controls
SEGRO is a leader in real estate development, and being entrusted with a scheme of this scale is a fantastic milestone for our team. This appointment reflects the strength of our expertise, the consistency of our delivery, and the value we offer as true partners - not just service providers.
A huge thank you to SEGRO for the opportunity. We’re excited to get started and deliver with the quality, insight and professionalism that defines Procter Street.
Work Winning in high gear
Our Work Winning function has been at full capacity throughout Q3, with demand continuing to rise. As year-end activity ramps up across the industry, we’re encouraging clients to secure support early, particularly with the typical Q4 surge in deadlines.
Our Planning and Project Controls team
Behind the scenes, our Planning and Project Controls team continues to deliver consistent, high-quality support across a wide mix of sectors under the management of Rob Halliwell. It remains one of the most dependable engines in our business: quietly understated; but constantly delivering.
Our Commercial and Contract Services division
Commercial and Contract Services has grown steadily throughout the quarter. Under Dominic Hodges’ leadership, what began as a natural extension of client conversations has evolved into a dedicated, strategic function. We’re proud of the results we've helped deliver and the new ground we’re covering in partnership with clients.
New talent and team growth
We’ve continued to invest in our people. This quarter saw several new hires - including David Garside - who bring fresh energy, insight, and experience. It’s been great to see new team members hit the ground running and add value from day one.
Continued Professional Development
We’re pleased to share that we’ve achieved ISO 9001 certification, a globally recognised benchmark for management systems. This milestone underscores our commitment to consistency, quality and continuous improvement. It reflects the strength of the systems, processes and people that enable us to deliver with precision every day.
Culture and team moments
Back at home, our quarterly team socials continue to reinforce the culture that underpins strong performance. It’s something we’re proud to nurture and it shows through in everything we do.

Family
Finally - and on a personal note - I had the chance to take a family trip to the West Coast of the USA with my two sons and dad. Not exactly a relaxing break - in true Procter Street fashion - it was 100mph and action-packed. A trip to remember - one for the memory banks.
We also had GCSE and A-level results for my boys, both of whom have done us proud and their futures are looking bright.
Looking ahead
As we head into Q4, I want to thank everyone: our clients; partners; and of course: the team for the continued energy, trust and commitment. We're finishing 2025 in a strong position.
Our Q4 focus is clear:
Maintain momentum
Deliver with excellence
Continue building trusted, long-term partnerships
