A record-breaking start to 2026, team growth, new opportunities, and a look ahead.

Reflecting on the last three months

by Dominic Hodges, Director

Our ever-increasing teams have had a record-breaking start to the year. Our success is built on repeat business across all divisions. Being a trusted partner – whether commercial, bidding or resourcing, or day-to-day challenges – we bring honest discussions and support.

Having spent time recently with an existing client, providing strategic thought and a different voice to their business really brought home the experience we have within our own business – allowing fresh ideas and thoughts, but also a good listening ear for business owners and leaders.

SEGRO’s Radlett Logistics Development.

Our team at Radlett are setting exemplar standards in the administration of four very different NEC contracts.

With a fully established team, it is now very clear to see the benefits we are bringing to SEGRO, with a blended team combining client, contractor and subcontractor experience. We have set ourselves a high bar and we have every confidence the team will continue to exceed those expectations.

Long-standing and New Clients

We look ahead to late 2026 with clients making firm commitments – allowing us to plan and continually invest in the team, which has increased by 30% in Q1 alone.

Office Improvements

The larger office space has enabled us to host clients. This has been particularly beneficial for commercial workshops and some £bn tender opportunities we are working on.

AI

As the world continues to move with the use of AI, we cannot afford to be left behind on this front. In Q1, we invested in a platform and new business to support clients with AI, launching in May.

Procter Street Divisions

Our commercial division has set out a strategy and plan for Year 2, widening the services being offered.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and training and development are focus areas for Year 2, so if you have a need in either area, we will be happy to support.

Project management and planning requirements are ever-evolving, with continued support across challenging Early Contractor Involvement areas.

To our team, thank you. Spending quality time together in and out of the office has been really beneficial to everyone as we continue to grow. Your consistent delivery has made this possible.

Final Thoughts

To all our clients, thank you for your repeat business. If you ever feel the need for another opinion, Dave, Gareth or I are only a call away.

On a personal note, I was asked this week, “How is your new job?” Sixteen months in, it’s not a job anymore. The enjoyment, the satisfaction, bringing attributes I have learned from so many trusted colleagues makes every day a happy one! I am off for a well-earned Easter break with the family!

Let’s talk about what’s next.

Do you need support on your next project? Whether you’re ready to take the next step or just want to explore possibilities, we’re here to help.
