United Utilities Capital Delivery Framework on behalf of Bethell Civils, 2023.
Procter and Street include team members who have extensive experience and knowledge working in the WasteWater sector on major Captial Delivery projects for United Utilities. Our Design Manager Luke Kolakowski was able to work with our Client, Bethell Civils, to develop concept proposals through the detailed design to a start on site. The deisgn had various Technical Assurance Process reviews with United Utilities for four Design and Build Contracts with total project values in excess of £30m.

TAP 3 was well communicated with the UU design team and discussed prior to submission. Great efforts were made by both sides to improve on the programme and accept the submission early when possible. These behavious has continued with the following design submssions in TAP 4 and both teams are committed to collaboration ensuring a high quality design for United Utilities.
