Seeking a trusted partner to support a major project, our client reached out to us following a previous commission. We were able to work on a part time basis initially moving to a full time role through the summer period. Contributing to this nationally important infrastructure is something we are really proud to be involved in.
Our Role.
Create a baseline NEC3 Clause 31 programme
Provide NEC3 Clause 32 programme updates with 16 week forecast lookaheads
Project Scope.
Secondary Steelwork Supply and Installation consists of works from a single welded eyebolt to a full platform, ladder, stairs and beams.Quantities incude;
Circa 1100 rooms
27 buildings
137 floor levels
Between one and 30 separate pieces of secondary steelwork to be fabricated and installed per room
Our Clients expectations of the Secondary Steelwork programme, have been exceeded through cohesive working, and effective cross-agency communications; enabling a 30,000 activity programme to be developed with full resource levelling functionality so that all are aware of the true impact of accessibility delays.
