Oldham Town Centre tender, on behalf of a Developer for Oldham Council, £300m, 2022.
With less than 1 weeks notice we resourced and commenced on a 55 side quality submission for a national developer to create a tender submission for a complex town centre development.
The tender involved interacting with multiple designers, cost consultants and legal to produce a compelling submission and vision for the 2000 home redevelopment which incorporated green spaces and sustainable heating utilise natural mine resources.
