Continuing from the tender which we bid managed, led risk, VE and bid writing, we were asked to lead the mobilisation and provide delivery resources.
We did this between February and August 2023 before stepping away once the new Project Director had commenced. During this period a team was onboarded to the project, relationships established and main works commenced.

David led the GT Bid diligently through tender at a challenging time at year end 2022, which ultimately led to a successful outcome with GT’s appointment for the scheme. Given the planned pacey transition from tender award to site GT asked David to mobilise the project to site, which he has done innovatively with professionalism and great enthusiasm. He has been instrumental to the “one team” culture by quickly embedding collaborative working, which is highly evident from the buzz when you enter the office at Botchergate and its great to see multiple teams pulling together to achieve a common goal.
