The Procter Street team enjoys excellent start to SEGRO Radlett contract

Following the recent appointment to deliver professional consultancy services for the next phase of infrastructure works at SEGRO Logistics Park Radlett, the Procter Street team has been mobilised and the first site visit to review the scheme has taken place.

Pictured above is part of the dedicated Procter Street group during a team building event and dinner organised in nearby St Albans. It was important for everyone to get together to discuss the Radlett scheme and reflect on the next steps in the journey as it moves into the delivery phase. Providing a high performing, collaborative and cohesive team is a vital part of the Procter Street approach. 

Gareth and Dominic visited the Radlett site the following day to review how the team and scheme were performing. Following this, they provided a detailed recommendations report. "This is an example of the attention to detail we prioritise to ensure a successful service delivery" said Gareth Street. "The project has mobilised quickly, and all the teams have had a flying start. It's going to be a busy 2026 and we are there to support the SEGRO site team to ensure we have a successful project for all involved" he finished.
