National Highways, £9bn RDP Framework, Bid Management, 2019.

We bid managed and wrote questions for a £700m pa t/o supplier securing them their preferred option through a 1st place bid out of 9 tenderers.

The 8 year Framework awarded places to 13 Contractors across 18 packages of design and build work across the UK.

We then mobilised the Framework alongside 3 other contractors during a co-located arrangement in the National Highways offices.
