The team at Procter Street was engaged by a leading northwest damp proofing specialist to manage and deliver two strategic framework submissions, aimed at expanding the company’s geographic reach beyond the Fylde Coast into Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire. Commissioned by Places for People and Regenda Ltd, the public sector frameworks offered significant opportunity for long-term growth. Our brief included end-to-end bid management, internal capability development, and a detailed pricing sensitivity analysis to ensure competitive positioning and strategic decision-making.

 

In addition to producing two high-quality bid responses, we were tasked with mentoring the client’s internal team to strengthen its capability for future tendering.

    • Resource planning for peak winter demand

  • Development of a pricing sensitivity model aligned with framework evaluation criteria.
