Our customer is a respected, family-run business specialising in deep drainage and civil infrastructure works across the water, wastewater and highways sectors. The directors sought support in developing a robust growth strategy to enable future expansion.
Project scope:
We were engaged to evaluate current operations, market position, and capabilities to define a roadmap for scalable, sustainable growth. Our remit was to conduct a comprehensive assessment of their internal systems, external market presence, and business development functions. This involved identifying core strengths, analysing their client portfolio, and understanding their positioning within the industry.
What we delivered:
Following a full audit of internal and external processes, we provided the following strategic recommendations and deliverables:
Streamlined internal processes, policies, and procedures to support scalable growth
Reviewed existing accreditations and identified additional certifications (eg CHAS) to strengthen industry credibility

It operates from Greater Manchester and is recognised for technical excellence in drainage and buried pipework solutions.The business delivers critical infrastructure projects across roads, motorways, water treatment facilities, and environmental systems under NEC3, NEC4, and JCT contracts. All of its work is sourced through reputation and client referrals, a testament to its operational reliability and sector expertise.
